Yeah don't forget that if Bogdanovic comes over next year it might alter what you necessarily need at PG. He is very comfortable running point. I think he has Doug Christie type of potential in that sense.

Re: Picking sides
To answer the direct question . If I had to chose I would keep Lawson before Collison .
I like both but Lawson has quicker moves , crossovers and jukes that can totally leave you in your tracks .
Collison is the better scorer .
If I weigh all factors I go with Lawson .
That said with t his years draft being point guard loaded we could be picking a point guard .
Many potential projected lottery teams Lakers , Heat , Wolves , Suns , & some more already have recently drafted young point guards or in the suns case already have a couple . 76ers & Pelicans as examples will be looking to Draft point guards . The point is via draft or trades between the trade deadline now and before free agency next season their should be a lot of movement via point guards in the NBA .
If we draft this year it is almost certain we will be looking to draft point guard & or small forward . I would lean towards point guard and that point guard would play back up to either a point guard we resign or pick up via trade or free agency .

Re: Picking sides
Both have shortcomings. Lawson can't shoot, and Collison can't really break defenses down and has a slow jumper. Both are also short.

Re: Picking sides
Is Dave Stockton still available?
If we get someone in free agency, I would love a guy like George Hill to just settle position. Collison would be nice off bench as backup who can be a spot starter when Hill inevitably gets hurt. Maybe a guy like Deron Williams as well.
