I'd like to see a starting lineup of WCS/Mclemore/Hield/Collison and either Skal or KK depending on the match up. We are going to struggle to score get as much shooting out on the floor as possible. Give Buddy/WCS/Ben (if playing well just for Ben) all 30+ mins and please for the love of god if Skal is playing well play him.

No reason not to go full young.
What's the plan with Tyreke anyway? Not sure he's a good mentor and that probably won't extend him. Why did they keep him?

Maybe it's just the injuries, but Tyreke looks kinda done to me.

After watching this game I think we need a real rotation change. Assuming KK and WCS start, Skal needs to be our first big off the bench, not AT. Skal is showing so many good things, he needs to be getting more minutes. At this point, good or bad, I would start Buddy with Collison and Ben. I would not play Ty and Darren together. Win or Lose, I just want the youngins to get more minutes.

Any timeline on when Malachi is suppose to be getting back?

Joerger said Richardson should be cleared early April but at that point he'd more than likely shut him down. He doesn't wamt to see him rush back and re injure his hamstring.

In his post game interview, Joerger did not seem like he was on board with the youth movement and started to refuse question about rotations and the young guys. Kept saying "any questions about the game". Also talked about how Minny had two number picks and three years later is still an under .500 team. I thought it was a weird thing to say, maybe his aim was to reinforce the need to be patient and I'm reading too much into it but he seemed annoyed, it was definitely weird.

He is a winning coach, he doesn't want to publicly embrace the tank I imagine. As far as the Minny reference, I think he is just trying to illustrate a sense of patience like you said.

Yeah, I saw that. He looked a little pissy. Joerger needs to understand that at least Minnesota stands a chance to gain experience from their losses, whereas playing Evans, Ty Lawson, Collison, and a plethora of other players that might not even be here next year is just useless. Kings fans have seen it before pre-Evans/Cousins era and it's about the most hopeless brand of basketball you can put out on the court. If it's the managements call then we are screwed but if it's his, somebody needs a talking to.

I think Joerger is just pissed at the direction to be honest. I get the feeling Vlade wants to go young after trying to put vets together in a playoff run. However with the Twolves comment I take it as "hey just because you have young guys doesn't mean you will be good" he really comes across as that type of coach that believes experience wins in the NBA.
If that's the case then I'd agree with SackingZZZ, someone needs a talking to.
No one is saying freeze all of the vets out, just give them the smaller role and see if we can uncover some young talent, heck even a future leader of the team.

I can't stress enough how much that part of his game bothers me. I surprised a coach hasn't corrected him on it. It's not a hard fix.

That's more of the sense I got from it too.
