He said essentially he wouldn't be running his rotations like he did in the last game playing the vets like that, which for the most part he did do in the first half of this game. It has nothing to do with what I think, or what I said, HE SAID IT.

Come on dude...He didn't run his vet rotations like he did last game. He didn't play KK or Temple AT All. Normal starters. He only played Toliver 15 mins and didn't play AA AT ALL. That is definitely a change in the rotations that he normally runs.

You're just trying to make a big deal out of Hield sitting because Ben was having a good shooting game. You can stop now.

Once again, you are a day late and a dollar short. I made the statement before halftime. You typically have an issue with commenting on time sensitive comments way after the fact. Some of the young guys were in single digits minutes wise up to that point or near it, and in particular I didn't like how PapaG was used. He either got the message at halftime or forgot what he was supposed to be doing all along, by his own credo. And sitting Hield for Ben hasn't been an issue is some games where he's played them simultaneously. Something he did in this game later on as well.

:dontknow: I only understood about half of that but ok, if that was only meant for how they were used in the first half and you shot off too quick that's fine.

As an assessment for what was going on at the time? No, not quick at all.

If you wanna judge a coaching statement halfway though the game when he actually was doing what he said, just not to your liking, that's cool. He had changed the rotations and expanded minutes for the younger players. Period. I expect Heild and Ben to get alot of the minutes AA and Temple would normally get in a normal Joerger rotation and that was the point.

That you didn't like how he used Papa is irrelevant to his statement. Once again, that's you thinking that you know better that the coaching staff that works with the players everyday and have vast experience developing young NBA talent.
