Noel plays PF, that's why I thought a defensive PF next to cousins would be good

That's exactly what WCS is.

Actually from an OKC pov why would Presti trade away his young PG prospect for a 30 yr old SF. Payne could be used in trades but it's probably for a younger player, at least that's what I would do.

This makes no sense at all unless Knight or Bledsoe are coming to Sac. We need a PG not another b/u 3 and a Center (Noel is NOT a PF because he can't shoot very far out).

That's also weak ass value for Westbrook. Dude is arguably a top 5 player in the world, and that 1st (assuming you meant 2017) won't eve be that good with him potentially dragging Phoenix to the playoffs.

Yeah the value for Westbrook was just about as awful as the trade netting us another big.

Wait hold on. Just had an idea.

Koufos for Livingston? Does that not make a ton of sense?

Looks good for Kings but doesn't make as much sense for Warriors. They take on salary and trade one of the best backup point guards for a decent backup center. They'll probably sign a cheap ring chasing center.

I mean Koufos was the starter on a 57 win team. He honestly wasn't a great fit last season, but he's a really good backup C.

But you're right. It depends on what ring-chasers they can get for dirt cheap. But if they can't get a solid option at center that way, this seems viable. Starting center has to be a bigger priority for them than backup PG--especially with Iguodala and Barbosa already coming off the bench.

I totally down for Gay, Koufos, and Ben for Bledsoe and Tucker.

I'd say with Durant in GSW now, it makes it even harder to move Gay than before. You need that talent at the 3 spot. However, I think a sign and trade for Lebron using Gay is a reasonable get.

I can't see OKC giving up Payne since Westbrook is most likely gone next year too.

Bogut traded for cap space essentially...

Getting some decent value for Kosta and maybe Rudy (if traded, I'm fine with him personally) is about the only thing I can
hang my hat on this FA
