I honestly hope we stand pat until the off season. Get rid of Hill for future considerations 1st or 2nds. If Kosta and Temple opt out then fantastic. Bring back VC in the same role if he doesn’t retire, Randolph knows his role will continue to diminish, is an expiring so flexibility is there. We would have 3 roster spots, 2 for the draft picks and swing for the fences for Oubre depending on how the draft goes. People around this team are consistently saying what chemistry they are getting so some of the vets (VC and Randolph) need to stay. Next season we will have cap space already preserved for the following off season and a stack of young talent.

I saw the the Kings have a trade exception around 3 mil from Omri Casspi deal with Cuz I believe. I wonder if the Kings could sneak a 2nd rounder out of a team looking to chop some money off their cap or possibly pick up another young prospect in the process?

Lakers I am told are trying to package Deng & the 1st round pick 2018 acquired via Clevland for an expiring .
They are talking to multiple teams in regards .

Okc showing interest in Temple

Denver weighing in on going after Evans Or Hill . Will likely be trading their 2018 1st in a deal .

Well with Cleveland making the move for Clarkson and Nance that takes them out of the Hill conversation.

My guess is hes staying put.

Id love to see a move of Randolph for Al Jeff with us buying out the rest of Al Jeffs contract.

My trade idea (3 way trade)

Kings get: Kenneth Faried, Darell Arthur, Denver Nuggets 1st rounder
Nuggets get: George Hill, Jonathan Simmons
Magic get: Emmanuel Mudiay, Malachi Richardson (or George Papagiannis)

Why Kings do it: Contractual liabilities stay about the same while picking up dead weight contracts that could be bought out, get a 1st round pick.
Why Nuggets do it: They fill their holes at point guard and small forward and improve quite a lot for one pick around 20.
Why Magic do it: They turn a veteran that they don't need anymore because they need to tank into 2 prospects.

Told there is a decent chance Kings may aquire J.J. Reddicks expiring via 76ers for Hill . Kings would get a pick in the deal I am told if it happens .
76ers & Nuggets both covet Evans & Hill . Not sure if teams are waiting to see whom get Evans first . That is if anyone gets him .

Pistons are still active & told Celtics & Thunder are still active .

Cavs are still shopping as well .
