Depends on the return. I'd rather deal papa as I am unsure he even has a place in the current nba.

Initially the return won't matter to me. Trade Willie and there will be blood!

I don't know why we have to trade either WCS or Papa. Has WCS requested a trade or something?
If anything is going to happen it's going to be Koufas.
How about we see what WCS does after having an off season, pre season etc knowing it's his starting job at C and he can grow with this new group.
I think people will be pleasantly surprised.
And Papa G, people were/are so down on him, but really the guy is going to take time and that's something the Kings have got.
I honestly can't see why we would be trying so hard to get rid of young players, it's just not going to happen.
How about give WCS at least to the trade deadline and then make a judgement and Papa G needs at least this season if not next as well.

I'm just speculating on a Crowder/ WCS trade. I know there are some rumblings Willie prefers the big city life, but again nothing legit. The trade makes sense, Boston wants a big and Sac needs a SF. It's probably closer to fair than I will admit so go figure...

The Kings trading Willie right now makes no sense after he finally showed some promise when he got the chance to start. If he is moved it means he doesn't fill the role Joerger is looking for.

As for Crowder, leave the young guys alone. Crowder is a solid player and a great fit but you shouldn't touch the Kings youth for him right now. Papa doesn't have a ton of on court value right now, but he might have the highest ceiling of any of the Kings building blocks. I also don't know how he'd help the C's win now so it probably doesn't work for them either.

The Kings buried Willie on the bench for his first couple of years and as a result most certainly tanked his value as a trade asset to a certain degree. If they were looking to deal him now it would have to be under the assumption that he a) doesn't fit and/or b) has regained some of that value from his post trade run as the starter and the Kings figure it's time to get out while they can. If they trade him for a role guy this is why you don't draft lottery picks to fill your bench with unless they make you better and can maintain some level of productivity from the bench.

I just don't like papa G as a prospect. So I'm bias maybe. I think the pick made no sense. You can't play a center like that in the modern NBA in any meaningful minutes.

If he develops into a guy like Gasol, Jokic or Nurkic then yes, he does have a place in the modern NBA.

I don't see it with him. I don't think he has remotely that kind of upside. Guess time will tell.

He's not a slug so that's why he's got potential. He's got quick feet and has the makings of a big that can space the floor so there is a chance with him.

Yeah people think he is Aaron Gray or something.

Papa definitely has skills on the table.

Pure speculation because Kings apparent interest in Olynyk and McGee plus Crowder availability. Thought is maybe Willie for Crowder.

If the Kings were interested in both Olynyk and Crowder can the Celtics sign and trade him along with Crowder to Kings for Willie to create fairly large trade exception for Celtics?

Not only does he have skills but in year 1 he developed a lot faster than any of us thought was possible. Good sign.

Yeah, I have high hopes and I hope he reaches them. The things that you would worry about in a big man aren't there with him. Still to early to tell but the signs are good. Quick feet and good balance. Coordinated. Soft hands. Controls his weight (at least in the short time we've had him) and progressed in FG% and shot selection. All good signs. Plus all the things said above.
