Yeah, throw Bender in there with them and you have a nightmare lineup from 3-5 that can all shoot 3's and defend multiple positions with Chriss and Isaac. Booker could become the next James Harden if those guys get a consistent spot 3 down. That's an easy 3-5 more apg right there.

Yes, I love that lineup as well. They can all switch, block shots, hit 3s (Chriss and Bender haven't done it at a good rate yet, but I think they are capable). I think with those three, Warren as a traditional 3 and having one traditional 5 to hold down the frontcourt, they could avg 29 minutes each. I imagine the traditional C would get maybe 20-25 minutes and some of the others to get more. I'd love it.

By the way, I don't imagine you guys listened to the Vecenie podcast today, but it's interesting...they discuss our draft trade last year, and they both talk about your players and how they think you won the trade. Many Suns fans wouldn't agree, but I found it interesting as I follow the league as a whole. I'll find it if you are interested in hearing.

I think it's too early to say. Depends on how much Chriss vs our guys develop

What make Russell a bad fit in your eyes?

I'll guess.

*Needs the ball
*too similar to buddy
*bad defensive pair

And when it's laid out like that why is there even a point in asking the question?

Seriously though, all looks good above, with the exception of the last one.

I am not attacking you. We have an insider on the Suns forum as well, but if he does know anything about what the Suns think, I doubt he knows anything about what other teams are thinking.

So much this. The idea that an insider has a source not only connected to your team but that the source also frequently has inside info on all the other teams in the league is one of the more glaring reasons why so many of us have "doubts"

I have never said I have inside info on the Suns or other teams . I get some info on other teams but that is far rarer than that I get in regards to the Kings .

If anyone doesn't believe me that is fine with me . I have been write enough times . Does your source know you are posting this info on message boards and is that the reason they are giving it to you(to be posted for fans and whoever else to see)?

Do they tell you all this over the phone or email or in person?

Hey BenchMobbin02, have you only asked dozencousins this question in this thread or is it a rivalry/beef you have with him/her? I'm honestly curious because he hasn't responded to you so I was thinking you might be just heckling the dude.

He has been a jerk to me for years and he keeps posting that message to bother me and though I have never personal messaged him he has harassed me with at least 6=7 messages with the same post for the last several days now . He is always causing trouble .

If you would answer the questions it would help. I don't think anything about the post is attacking or condescending. Genuinely curious about the dynamics.

Maybe it's the source that's the problem. If one genuinely believes a source maybe that person is just randomly coming up with stuff. Something to consider.

Obviously the person is not going to answer you, so it just makes things worse. If people don't want to believe the poster, ignore and move on. That's what happens on the Suns forum when some don't believe the "insider".

I don't expect any legitimate source to be right 100% of the time. But legit sources behave differently. I worked for a couple years in sports journalism and there is a way rumors are surfaced that don't feel like this. Like when someone adds too many details to a lie.

You claim to know intimate details on hundreds of kings transactions yet have only been in the correct ballpark on a couple of occasions.

For all the details you have, you haven't had any intel on probably 98% of the transactions we have actually made. That's a very odd hit rate for someone that claims to know so much.

You do frequently claim to know what other teams are planning which is again odd. Or suggest inside info on trades that are at odds with the CBA. Again, normal things an everyday fan would do that just don't pass the insider access sniff test.

In terms of the other stuff, I've already pointed out how you basically changed your approach a couple years ago from connecting news/rumors to come up with trades like a normal fan to suddenly doing the same thing but having it supported by an anonymous source.

Again, not trying to derail the thread but if you come in here claiming to know all this info and shooting people down with mysterious "I know" intel, I don't think it's a big deal if people call bs.

Just be a super fan. We can all respect that.

Let me make this clear .
First stop messaging me .
Next for over 2 years now you have many of times been way more than rude to me and that is being polite . I will not give you any personal info . Not because I don't have it because I do .
I simply will not give that type of information to anyone whom has been as disrespectful as you have been .

I can handle a disagreement or even the person whom has been rude here and there but that's not how they usually are maybe they had a bad day . Okay I understand that all is forgiven . But you given your history no way . If you gain inside info from me it will be as I offer to everyone . You are others don't believe me I am okay with that . You believe me great because I do not lie about my posts .
I am asking this once and for all . You want to disagree with me fine , you want to think I lie great , you want to hate me or hate on me great . Please stop private messaging me & please stop going out of your way to be as disrespectful towards me as well as I have seen you do this to others before as well .

This site is meant for being a fan , having conversation , disagreeing etc. I do not feel this site is meant for anyone to go out of their way of being disrespectful towards anyone , being a bully , acting childish , name calling & so on & so on .
As far as I am concerned it is best that neither of us talk to the other in any way ever .

They don't get to the Suns until about the 32:40 mark, and they probably get to that trade somewhere between 40 and 50 minutes in...but I'm not positive..they talk about the Suns until the end, but I think it was somewhere in the middle.

And not many teams (if any?) can do all of that at the same time at 3 to 5.

Yeah, I'll have to check that out. In the end I think both teams came out better in that deal and that's all that matters.

dozencousins -- here is what I will say about this:

Anyone who is connected and have sources will receive some sort of criticism and hate in return. Reporters with sources will face scrutiny no matter if it is deserved or not. In this day and age, these reporters have the ability to block people on twitter (example), poke fun or simply ignore the naysayers. It comes with the territory. In your case, it is your right to share your information publicly or keep it to yourself. Lets say you share information and it doesn't pan out, you have to expect some people questioning you. If you can't handle it, don't report info from a source.

For you all:

In this case, I simply can't stress enough about the ignore function that we have here in RealGM. In this case, it only takes one party to utilize this function and this whole derailment can be terminated.

Bit of action here since I last had a look.
Firstly on Russell I would say it's absolutely tough not to trade for him with 10, but I still believe we could extract value from Magic if he is really looking to trade him.
I call bull but hey we need to do our due diligence.
On one hand I love the thought of taking a gamble on Frank, but on the other hand you know Russell is going to be a good NBA player and his value should be very good even though the fit might not be perfect.
I just wonder with the 10 if Vlade is thinking Collins, which I think we must go PG with #5 so it's Fox/Ball/DSJ

I don't think it's a matter of if one those top 5 PGs are still on the board but whether or not they have a higher ceiling than (Tatum/Issacs/Josh).

IF Tatum AND Ball are still there at 5 then I look to trade down one with the Magic:

#5
for
#6, future 1st

Draft Tatum

THEN call the Lakers up

Trade #10 Afflalo
for
D'Angelo Russell

Roster
D'Angelo/Temple/Galloway
Buddy/Bmac/Bogdanovic
Tatum/Richardson
Skal
WCS/Kosta/Papa

So many scenarios! We definitely should use it to our advantage by being active (sensibly)

In OG's DraftExpress Pro Day video, when asked if he has talked/interviewed with any teams, he says he's met with the Kings right off the bat.

If OG's knee checks out, he'd be a great choice at #10. The Kings will already have #5, (hopefully) Bogdan, and #34 as true rookies, and Buddy, Skal, Malachi, and PapaG as Sophmores. With all that youth, we're in as good of a position as any to take a guy that we know won't be able to play for the first half of the season.

This! we shouldn't overvalue this draft so much. specially late lottery picks like our 10th.
