Feel horrible for Sac fans. Seattle fans will be overjoyed, but all they did is exactly what happened to them in the Thunder situation. The Maloofs have done nothing but cause misery to Sacramento.

It's just a matter of time before they move or sell this team. If no one is willing to build them a free arena then they will have to sell this team. Seattle makes the most sense & Stern really wants that to happen before he retires. Stern could help make the sell to Seattle happen if the NBA were to "write down" some of the huge loan the Maloofs owe them.

No agreement signed, but one source describes deal as "1st and goal at 1." Maloofs history of changing course late still makes many uneasy.

To say you guys deserved better is a massive understatement.

I ived in Seattle 12 years, Sonics were my second favorite team, if there is a city outside of Sacto that deserves a team it's Seattle and at least the Magoofs will be out of the nba, but damn this is bad.
