Oh boy. Think it was a good move putting Doug in there late, but Lyles needed to be more aggressive at the basket. Go in and make the short shot. That way when he catches it next time the corner guy comes to him, leaving Doug wide open from base 3.
Instead he faked no one, looked like a deer in headlights and forced Doug to cut, which is NOT the reason he is out there.

Spo isn't like other coaches, he will stick with it until you beat it.

:banghead:

Why is Doug out there. Good idea to bring him in late in the 3rd, but he's situational.
Go back to the starters. Fire that perimeter D up and turn the tide.

This is probably a loss but Keon is so fun to watch. Not sure why Keegan isn't in over Derozan this quarter. His shooting would help

That was bad coaching, or player recognition, or both

We got that rebound with 35 seconds left, clear clear 2 for 1

Eh, I don't mind not going 2 for 1, you'd have to get it up the floor and take a super quick shot within 5 seconds. I don't like Demar dribbling the air out of the ball before pulling up for a long two. Gotta make the defense work.

Ugh, Monk needs to get that up right when he gets Highsmith on his back. Just took it too deep.

What a freaking win!! Demar struggled to end regulation and in that first OT but he came through in 2OT huge! Big plays from Keon and Keegan too, Monk was gassed out there but made some things happen too. Just a great, gutsy win.

What a 2nd half by Keegan Murray. I know no one will want to talk about it, and people want to talk about Keon, but he kept Herro to 9 pts in the 2nd half/2OT. What an impressive performance. 14/12 with a +16. Think they missed some stats too, just like last nights offensive boards.
