Easy...Pollard. Pollard is someone who would be fun to be around, Scalabrine is an idiot.
Would you rather listen to a 4-year-old whine while they are being forced to practice the violin, or spend an evening talking about the Kings with Grant Napear?

I'd rather shoot myself in the head than do either one of those things.
Would you be willing to include the Houston pick in order to move Kenny Thomas?

No I wouldn't.
Would you spend an evening talking sports with Grant Napear or [please, let's just not go anywhere near politics at all-KIE].

Re: Would you rather..
I've spent some time with Grant in person, and he is MUCH easier to talk to and get along with face to face. He does have an aggressive (read: New Yorker) personality, no doubt about it. But he is more act than you think.
Next question: Since it is pretty apparent that spencer will start the first five games at the 5 (barring a complete flop in the pre-season or first game or two), what do you do if Jason Thompson is clearly outplaying Mikki/SAR/KT/Shelden in camp/pre-season? Do you go ahead and start him and Spencer and take your chances (since we have three softer games in the first five anyway), or do you start Mikki anyway and just give him a lot of PT off the bench?

Re: Would you rather..
Hmmm...good and tough question. But if Thompson is clearly outplaying the others, then Theus has to reward him with a starting slot at the beginning of the season. That reward, thought, would have to come with a very short leash. If he earns the starting roll then doesn't keep the same level of play going, then Theus has to reign him in. As much as a starting role is won, it must also come with the consequences of being lost if the player fails to perform.
Question: Would you rather have trade all picks next year in package a that would land a top-tier player (Bosh, Wade, D. Howard level) or keep the picks?

If you can get one of those players you trade and do not look back!!
Next question.. Would you rather sit and talk hoops with Reggie Theus or Jerry Reynolds?

For Bosh specifically? No, not unless were trading Hawes. For the rest and some others like that? With ease.

Reggie because of the nice career he had.

Next question... will Mikki Moore be moved by the deadline?

I rather talk with Theus. At least, he is both player and coach at one time. Currently, coach.
Question: Would you spend a week with Moore and his snakes or spend a week with Miller's country lifestyle? LOL

No but Brad Miller will be.
Who would you rather kick in the crotch? Kobe Bryant or some random Laker fan rooting for him?

I dislike the Lakers more, But the Knicks fans are the biggest homers. Remember when Renaldo Balkman was worth Artest?
Question: Pick the top five in scoring for the Kings in the 2008/2009 season.

Re: Would you rather..
Top five in order with @ avg.:
1) K. Martin - 24.0+
2) J. Salmons (if starting) - 20.0+
3) Beno - 15.0
4) Miller (until he is traded) - 13.5 +
5) Spencer (will increase after Brad traded) - 12.0+
As a caveat, I think that Bobby may run into the 12.0 - 13.0 range after Miller is moved and it will shift things around accordingly. Also I would not be at all surprised to find that we have 6 or even 7 guys averaging in double figures as I believe that with moving Ron we will now transition too more of a running team - as Reggie really wanted to do in the first place.
Next question. Ignoring all the posturing and nonsense about guys going to Europe for an imaginary $40 - $50 million a year payday (a lot of noise for the next CBE negotiation - based I'm sure in their agents heads), we ARE going to be one of the teams that has @ $30 Million in cap space in the 2010 off season to spend on FA's. Accepting the fact that unless we just lost in the conference or NBA finals at the end of the previous season (ha ha ha), LeBron and the other top most tier guys are NOT coming to Sacramento. How then do you appropriately use that huge chunk of available money? Is it better to go after a second tier (or two or even THREE) guy(s) that fit well on the TEAM but do not guarantee you that single, impact, put the team on my back kind of guy? Or, do you hold on and arrange sign and trades with lesser teams to take on guys from them (like the Clips did with Camby) that fit into this team and still don't load on a LOT of salary for more than 2 or 3 years and keep you flexible but at a borderline level as far as contention goes?

Easy, George W. Thank you very much! Good President and a better man! Grant Napear is just an average to below-average play by play commentator with a NY tempor.
Need a different question that does not involve politics or any politicians. I know you didn't start it, but we are putting an end to it - KIE.

Agreed...this is the last chance. NO politics-based questions. There are 2 big reasons for this...1) this board is supposed to be about the Kings and 2) the conversation tends to get out of hand very quickly. Much like the rule of no political talk at my family gatherings (my brother in law tends to take it too far), the rule is the same here.

I'll start a new question:
Would you rather have Olden Polynice or Kenny Thomas rotting on our bench (same contract as Kenny)?
(And not to hi-jack thread, but can someone comment on the Artest trade thread...I didn't know Singletary & Ewing Jr. were a part of the trade.)

O.P.. the thing about Kenny that irks me is that sour face he always has...It's like he thinks he should start even though he sucks... I just hate him...
Next Question.. Who would you rather come back as a coach, Chris Webber or Vlade Divac?
