Welp, I'm a happy camper, couldn't have turned out better IMO. Now what to do with this roster, we need defenders.

Hopefully Cousins can apply his learned life lessons to his relationship with Joerger from day one... Please Boogie, act like a franchise player.

I know some of you say it would be crazy to trade Cousins now, but if he clashes with Joerger we will see Cousins value drop big time, never to return to the level it's at today. Still very risky keeping Cousins. Cousins succeeding with Joerger would be amazing tho.

Congrats guys. Joerger was easily the best available coach.

Cousins has clashed with every coach he has had except Malone. It's not unreasonable to think he may clash with Joerger is it? Obviously we hope he doesn't.

Lets also hope he's puts pressure on Vlade to bring in some hard nosed defenders.

Why would Vlade need pressure. He targeted Wes Matthews, Danny Green and drafted WCS. That doesn't look like a guy who who'd need pressure to bring in defenders

Didn't say he needed to. But any energy in that direction is a positive in my book.

Not if he is the coach they say he is. Playing to the strengths of Cousins will make life a lot better for Cuz right from the get.

Congrats guys, you got the man you needed. I'd really like to see what he could do with a up and tempo style of offense. Perimeter D needs to be a concern and you guys should dump Gay to make it work. good luck!

Joerger is hired. No need for this thread to continue.
