Skal is a good value at 28, but i am not sure that is ready to produce. Papajohn has some stamina issues but on a small minutes as we saw on the Greek finals can produce. I dont expect for him more than 10-14 min, and he will spend some time on the D league as well.

You don't trade a HOF big for freaking Georgios Papajohnis.

Nah, seriously though, he's talking about spreading the floor for Demarcus so he clearly knows how to fit in. I think he can play now for a good 10-14 (which is all the minutes Koufos got when Willie finally got more burn) like you say and be at least as good as Koufos and probably better since he can play with Cousins a bit. That's the problem with Koufos is that he and Cuz just can't play together at all. Defensively and offensively it's just horrible.

From listening to Vlade it sounds like Papa plays now, and Skal is the D-League big.

A huge guy who can finish at the rim and put up shots. Watch some of his video on draft express. The guy moves really well with out the ball. He may be a project but I think vlade may actually see something here.

We didn't expect anyone to really be an immediate help out of this draft so we stockpiled long term assets. Not the best draft But maybe in a few years it won't look so bad.

Yeah, Okur, that's a good comparison possibly. Might be a bit more mobile and a better finisher around the rim.

Vlade sounded sure that Papagiannis will come for this upcoming season.

The more I think about the trade the happier I get. I really like Richardson length and shooting ability. Papa seems like he's going to be able to fit well in Joergers power scheme, getting Skal at 28 was a steal to. If he even reaches half of his potential I'd be pretty happy. And after reading what the suns fans had to say and Bogdan on their board it seems they were pretty hyped on him being a solid role player in this league.

Vlade wasn't sold on Chriss being raw and not being able to impact the game, he spread the risk and brought in multiple guys who can help us long term. And while I thought Belinelli would have a bounce back year I'm pretty happy we decided to keep Mclemore over him, I think Mclemore career was derailed by Karl and I expect him to get him confidence back this year and become a solid role player.

Maybe I'm just talking myself into liking what we did but I'm pretty excited to see how the rest of the roster plays out in free agency.

Yeah, the Beli for #22 was a very good move, imo. But to be honest, I would have drafted Luwawu over Richardson though. Richardson, to me, is of a JR Smith/Nick Young brand of player. Very streaky players. That being said, RIchardson's length is very interesting when it comes to his defensive potential. If he manages to tone down his chucking tendencies and improves on D, we may have our own legit 3&D player!

The more I read about Papgiannis, the more I like him. His biggest issue with him is conditioning and in turn, his work rate suffers. As long as he improves his body and keeps improving his jumper, I think we may have a gem here.

Skal is more raw than Big Papa himself but I'm excited about his upside. To me, his ceiling his an Ibaka-like player. That is very exciting to me.

Isaiah Cousins & Bogdanović are simply icing to the cake if they ever materialize to contributors to our team.

I would have been fine with Luwawu as well but I love the length Richardson has. I'm really hoping he develops as you said!

I found myself thinking the same thing about Skal. We have so much length and shot blocking up front and the beautiful thing is at least a few of them have range out to the 3 which will really go along way. We needed to stop trying to run and be gsw and investing in our front court shows to me we plan on running a Memphis like team inside out which I'm very happy with.

I'm just curious with us passing on Baldwin and the whole Collison thing, does Joerger think he has a real shot at Conley or are we planning on bringing Rondo back? Teague and Hill getting traded and there isn't much left out there as far as starting pg talent makes me think we had to have something up our sleve. I hope it's not Rubio but we will see.

Vlade is rolling the dice and waiting till FA to look at PG with Rondo being his safety net. If Vlade can sign Conley while having used his draft picks on other positions that's a win win. I'm thinking that's the plan.

But hey, if you still want to make excuses for this team after 10 straight losing seasons, be my guest. More power to ya. I'm done.

I think you need to calm down. Giorgos is a very talented player and he will do great in the league. This probably isn't the best situation for him given how many bigs your team has, but bigs are great trade chips.

Papagiannis is not going to be spreading the floor for anyone, and he definitely can't play in the same lineup with Cousins. If this is the King's plan, then they are probably tanking.

Hey I'll take him as the primary backup, got a guess on how much it would cost for Cleveland not to match?

My feeling is that with his role in the playoffs, the number may have gone down a bit. I think he can start on a team like Sac. He's a perfect 3 and D guy.

Well, he's already asking to be allowed to shoot the long ball. If he can't, it's going to severely limit his impact and court time from the get.

Dellavadova starting? I think the reason his role went down is because he isn't very good. Definitely not a starter on a playoff team.

I don't really know much about Papa other than YouTube highlights. he himself said that he can shoot the 3,vlade also said that he shot the ball pretty good during his workout and on that Instagram video he was comfortably hitting the 3 ball.. on most sites though they have said different things like his range can be up to 15 feet away and most of his highlights are mostly dunks and hook shots. I don't even recall seeing midrange shots in his highlights..

Two words: Kyrie Irving. They did go with Mo Williams a bit and that could be a good thing for teams like the Kings. The year before, when he took over the starting gig he showed his value as a legit starting caliber role player. He'd need the right team and I think the Kings more than qualify. He'll spread and defend.
