Re: Kings Trade Thread
Serge is an old thirty and not worth any kind of first round pick AND a guy who has been a capable PF that fits.

This franchise is beyond clueless. If we let Bogdan walk after paying Buddy or trade him for trash I will just laugh. Nothing else to do at that point.

Re: Kings Trade Thread
Not a Kings fan but Vlade should be fired if he trades Bogdan for Kuzma.
But I can see him doing that and helping Lakers with hope he will have a shot to be a GM there one day.
After all, he played for Lakers and who knows if his hidden agenda is to help them:)
Anyway, the sooner he is fired, the better for your franchise.
Dont wait next draft and possible new (Doncic) fiasco.

He should be fired anyways
But that’s when GMs/coaches are most dangerous for quick fixes

Bogdan for Kuzma is a noticeable downgrade.
On the bright side, Kuzma will help with the tank.

Doesn't anyone notice something strange with this Kuzma stuff?
Stein tweets about it, everyone goes crazy.
The Athletic or whoever put out that the Kings weren't interested and value Bogs far higher than that.
Then Bleacher Report puts out an article of Kuzma trades and every single one of them doesn't get near the Kings' package of Bogs.
I mean the Warriors one was Burks/Pool. Pistons was for Galloway??

Yeah people need to think about how this really works to understand that this garbage feeds directly out of the Lakers organization.
A “rumor” appears out of the about a trade for a guy who is quite obviously on Le GM’s s&$t list for the EXACT guy that would be a perfect fit for their roster in a championship push?
C’mon folks. It’s all but printed on Laker letterhead.
This garbage is not even realistic or doable.

Hate say “I told you so” about the Kuzma noise, but in case nobody saw the headline, that crap came from Pelinka calling Vlade.

Yeah it was a good call. It just stunk of the Lakers trying to raise Kuzma's value.
Yet you continually have posters on the GB calling out the Kings in these situations. It's not even the trolls, it comes from posters/mods that have been here for a long time.
I don't blame Pelinka, he obviously got a poor responses from teams about Kuz. If I were them I wouldn't trade him, you just don't trade someone like Kuzma at their lowest value they've had in their short career.

I mean that specific mod has had a clear anti-sacramento bias for as long as I've been here. It got to the point he wasn't even arguing from a value perspective, just that stein is more reliable than amick'
Amick is as reliable as they come. I understand posters skeptical of Ham maybe even Jones. But Amick IMO just has the scoop in Sacramento and has proven to be trust-worthy.

Or at least validated that he hasn’t lost his abilities just doesn’t fit precisely with what we are running as a starting lineup (with Marvin healthy).
Hopefully Richaun doesn’t have anything serious going on so we don’t have to see if he can keep it up.

Re: Kings Trade Thread
According to Amick Hawks are looking at Dedmon but Vlade has rebuffed them, which makes no sense to me after looking at their cap. They don’t have bad money going into next year

I am guessing Vlade wants something from them? Or maybe he wants them to take someone (Joseph) along with Dedmon?
I would do a Dedmon/Joseph for Parsons and then let Parsons walk to reset. I don't know if Atlanta would do that...

I'm starting to come around to blowing it up. Fox is a keeper. Bagley is cheap so I'd keep him too unless an offer comes around that is too good to pass up. Love Holmes keep him to. The rest? bye.

You guys know I wanted the Kings to draft Thybulle. Here is my attempt at getting him on the Kings.
Bogi for Thybulle/Mike Scott (salary reasons)

Re: Kings Trade Thread
Another idea
Bogi
2020 1st top 5 protected
Giles
Ariza (included for salary)
for
Jrue Holiday
Kings get one of the most underrated two way players to pair with Fox in the back court
