NBA-TV. On the Kings site it says the first game is on the NBC sports California channel so if you are in the broadcasting area it will probably be blacked out on NBA TV so watch that channel.

Im happy the Kings are sitting back and relaxing. Jason Jones said earlier today Vlade is hanging with the team at mini camp and not flying to meet free agents.

Signs of maturity as a GM.

Edit: meaning he isnt spending stupid dollars on more Rondo's, ect.

As if this sort of thing wasn’t going to happen SOMEWHERE. The entire league - Players, Owners, GM’s have no one to blame but themselves and their greed.

On a separate Kings note, there is still a salary floor to be met sonuou have to expect there to be at least a couple of “stupid” (necessary) signings to meet it.

I don't care as long as someone can put up a fight with the Warriors. I'm not sure LeBron and Cuz alone does even close to that though. They need to get Cuz and Kawhi to even be in the running.

Hezonja to the Knicks. At this point might as well use the cap to acquire future assets and keep the roster as is

To the Knicks, Hezonja for 1 year — $6.5m is right around his value.

Good job Knicks on not overpaying for this guy.

I'm going to guess this was a sign the Kings weren't nearly as high on him as previously thought. That or he saw the Kings rotations last year and didn't want any part of that chaos as he's just getting out of a similar situation in Orlando.

So... Kings sit out on the top UFA.

IMO two options remain in play: RFA and cap space trade for assets.

That or they thought low balling Hezonja would get it done, which is what it sounds like.

Im fine with not getting hezonja and fine missing the first few quality FA wings.

Fans should however be pretty livid if Vlade comes out saying 'we love the potential of Justin Jackson and having Garrett Temple opt-in gives us the kind of wing depth that we're looking for". If they think a reasonable move at this point is to go into the season with the same SF's as we had last year then i give up.

Buddy is not a bench player and can start. If you had no problem with post-injury LaVine potentially starting at three, that’s more an option, and what I want

Capela/Nurkic/Noel/good asset for cap package/Otto Porter or MPJ for cap from those luxury tax teams?

No one knows as not a hint has come out

It won’t be LaVine though as we have two better SGs
