Condolences to a once great franchise. You really need to find out who is doing the leaking and get rid of them

I am not watching anymore Kings games until Karl is gone. I know this may be a PR move for the offseason but this is becoming to much.

Whoever is doing it is solely responsible for this mess. I mean obviously Vlade thought about firing Karl but didn't, so who the hell went squealing to Stein prematurely? An agent? I don't freaking know but they gotta find this prick.

But with that said, good job Vlade. Karl finishing the season is best case scenario for us heading into the offseason.

Faried, Gallinari, Jokic, Barton, Mudiay, Harris Arthur and Foye are all well rounded players unlike our roster of one sided or overrated guys we have. There record is as much to do with the the players as the coach. They should be neck and neck with us if not more successful. It's not a badge of honor for a coach to be 21-32 and below the median in every meaningful category with good players.

We can argue this in circles all day. Malone was better than the empty suits we had before him but he wasn't good.

I don't know, Denver does not have a good roster in my opinion. Wilson Chandler is one of their best players and hasn't played a game all year. Gallo and Barton are playing great ball right now and Jokic is proving to be a pretty solid young guy but outside of that, there isn't much on that team. Faried is decent but doesn't really have an offensive game and is a subpar defender. Mudiay is having about as bad a rookie year as Mclemore did with his 8.1 PER. Harris, Arthur and Foye, really? Let's not forget this team won 30 games last year with Ty Lawson, Wilson Chandler and Aaron Afflalo, their top 3 scorers. Which ever way you wanna spin it, this Denver team is overachieving.

As I said we can argue this in circles. It's opinion

I think they are right were they should be. Malone is avg with an avg roster. He isn't good. Taking away Shaw and Lawson's disfunction, Afflalo's chucking and Mudiay (his stats are deceiving, he has really helped this team) at the point has done wonders for this team. The roster isn't crappy and the coach is avg at best which equals the 21-32 record.

Why? This has been an on going thing for the past 5-6 weeks in Kings circles. Nothing new coming from anyone. We all knew Karl was on the chopping block, whether you believe it's deserved or not. We all knew it would be Corliss or Nancy as interim because Iske, Carter and Welch are all Karl's guys that would all run the same system. Let's be realistic.

@WojVerticalNBA: Kings never decided to fire Karl, which is why...they didn't fire him. Ranadive leaned toward dismissal, but Divac talked him out of it.

I understand energy, goes along with the thought of getting info perceived to be special or exclusive.

But how does it add effort? Slight reach maybe...

What a **** show. This whole thing.

The two issue imo. Karl & Randadive. Get both these clowns out of here.

Vlade, get a hard coach. Boogie Rondo WCS. Fill in the other blanks.

I feel terrible for Kings fans. Such much potential for such stupidity.

Ugh come on man.... Work with me here... Don't go all black and white on me when I drop a Karl line in regards to how the board is reacting to an insider. You need to go drink some Gatorade, put the coffee down.

Unfortunately this tweet also proves Vivek still is way too involved with a powerful hand in decision making. That needs to go completely.

It's OK for Vivek to have opinions but whoever in his circle he is sharing them with is going straight to the media.

Vivek has been a bad basketball owner.... However he did get us an arena... So there's that. Ugh.

I've learned over the years that you never know what to expect in Sacramento.

I will be surprised if Karl is the coach at the start of next season unless we make a rather miraculous turnaround by the end of the season.

Vivek has a permanent pass for keeping the Kings in Sacramento but decisions surrounding the head coach like this his opinion shouldn't be weighed anymore than yours or mine.

Return to Sacramento Kings
