Chriss is a tough cover!

My thoughts so far: definitely love Masons poise and man is he quick. I'm happy with his minutes in the first half but thought coach would had played him and Fox together more. De'Aaron did not get good minutes. It'll work itself out.

Jackson showed he can put the ball in the hoop! Efficient not just with his shooting but his game is compact. No waster dribbles, moves with out the ball, reads the defense, good ball fakes etc

Skal, Papa, and Malachi have been rather meh so far. Still early

Skal's had some bad plays on defense though. Left Bender open a few times and had some bad closeouts. I wanna see him step it up in the second half.

I know what you're saying but a few of those have been defensive rotation plays were Skal collapsed on the drive. It's impossible to closeout from that position. Not necessarily a bad play.

Yeah there's just not a whole lot of discipline on the defensive end right now.

Skal and Pappa need to play better. Our Rookies carrying us instead of our 2nd years.

Not a good matchup for Papa. Wanna see him stick with it. Not how you start...how you finish.

Im not down on Skal's play so far. I think he is playing his game. He isn't super explosive like Chriss. Not sure what people are expecting.

Fox finds those gaps man. If there is a keyhole in the paint, he's slipping through it.

Cooley is playing well, but this double center stuff is just not working in todays NBA.

Especially against uber athletic Chriss and his side kick Bender.

Chriss' strength is a game changer for him. Papa couldn't back him down.

Very true but you need at least one big'un on the roster to match-up with others still playing. If they develop other skills like a range on their jumper, passing and rim protection then that is a bonus. Papa has a long way to go.

He's still too slow physically and with making decisions. The project continues

Cooley is nice in the paint. Active big body. Finished that pocket pass from Fox that I thought he'd screw up.
