These Kings players must improve during offseason

With the right offseason effort, the existing Kings team has the ability to push beyond the .500 mark for 2010-2011. To do so, this is what each key player should improve on:
Tyreke: shooting, court vision, conditioning
Greene: shooting, even better defense, strength and conditioning
Omri: strength and conditioning, defense (lateral movement- staying in front of player)
I see Omri and Greene having a healthy competition for starting 3 spot (barring big trade or draft). Both have the potential to start and play well for a good NBA team, so next summer/season should be interesting. I hope both answer the call and improve dramatically (esp. Greene, with big upside).
Thompson: defense (namely shot blocking and better rotation), post-skills
Hawes: Strength, Defense (shot-blocking, rotation, aggressiveness), offensive aggressiveness (he shows skill and ability, now we need to see more consistency all-around)
Landry: Rebounding, Defense
Kings have a solid young team, and if we see the improvement these players are capable of in the offseason, especially with a good draft pick and one FA signing, we can contend for playoffs. Thoughts?
