What guards do the Kings go after?

So with the rumors of Mo Williams and Hinrich, I think signs point to the last piece the Kings add this offseason is a guard who is a difference maker. Mo Williams is a shot maker, Hinrich can defend mutiple positions and while he's nothing special on offense he can hit the 3 and handle the ball some. The Kings look as if they are willing to take on a big contract, so who's out there that would be a good option?
I like Mo Williams straight up for a TPE, Beno Gordon too, Mike Miller would be a good option and can handle the ball and we can just have either Tyreke or Garcia guard the PG. Any others?

i like steve blake alot....doesn't make too many mistakes, plays within himself and knox down the outside shot...if we could get him would tremendously help and i think he would start over beno 4 that matter.

we took whiteside! now i think we are really deep in the front court WOW! nice work in the draft...all of a sudden we are a very strong rebounding team WOW! now all that is left, i guess we'll target somebody in the FA after all...we need a shooter from downtown!

I am really excited to see casspi and garcia off the bench. Both of those guys could be what we need as sharpshooters. I would really like to see us move around to get a guard though. Willie Warren?

I think this is the 1st year where I'm going to try and go to all the preseason games.

Petrie said PG and SG are still areas of need.
According to the Bee.
Well at least Petrie knows what position we need to improve on. Hopefully, we can sign/trade a good guard that compliments with Evans and co.

Isn't it interesting how things have changed so much in just one season? Seems like just yesterday, we were complaining about not having enough playing time for our guards

we could have traded a first rounder for eric bledsoe....the thunder traded him to the clippers...(although a clippers first rounder is a much surer bet than a 1st rounder from sac jajajaja but still could've been us instead of them for bledsoe's sake)

We really won't need Landry after this year, so I think we can use him a trade bait for a 2 at the deadline.

Kevin Martin?

But really, Landry's not going anywhere.

I think what Landry does this season will be the barometer as to where his future lies. I also still think JT has more value in a trade scenario. The truth is that he's going to either be extended or re-signed pretty soon too. I think whoever looks like the best fit next to Cousins this year gets the nod. My guess is Landry. On paper he and Cousins will compliment eachother very well.

That would just be weird

. Anyways Kevin makes to much money, all we really need is someone who can actually hit the open 3, most of our guys keep missing those.

I'd like to see us continue with more of a youth movement so undrafted free agents guards & the follwing NBA free agent guards are options:
Shannon Brown
Will Bynum
Jordan Farmar
Raymond Felton
Randy Foye
Kyle Lowry
Anothony Morrow
JJ Redick
Nate Robinson
CJ Watson

I would rather see us spend 6 mil on Hakeem to be a coach instead of spending 6 mil on any FA out there. Our biggest priority right now is improving Cousins and Whiteside.

Landry is not going anywhere. He's the ideal sixth man big, think rich man's Big Baby Davis. He absolutely murders opposing teams' benches
In fact I doubt the frontcourt changes much this season. However, if something were to change, I think Dalembert is the most expendable because of his expiring contract and we already have a replacement sometime down the line with Whiteside. Next I think is JT, but its highly doubtful anything happens to him for fear that Whiteside just busts out of the league.

JT has shown flashes of being a very good 4. He's also shown he can be a complete idiot (basketball IQ). Really if JT just plays better defense and stays out of foul trouble he's a very nice big! His improvement has to come on the defensive side of the ball. I think this is JT's make or break year, and I'm saying he will have a breakout year!
