Re: jordan farmar?
Personally I think he's meh. He can hit the three, is quick, plays average defensively, fills a position of need but it all depends on how much he wants. Not a fan particularly but he could be a decent pick up. How's that for being wishy washy?

If he's super cheap he can back up Udrih. I personally don't think he's worth more than 15 minutes a game or $1 million a year. But honestly, yeah, I'd rather play Udrih 48 minutes.

I would sign him...but not for a lot. Brings championship experience to the team.

Re: jordan farmar?
I think jordan farmar is better then people give him credit for. Look at what he did with his playing time - and during the play-offs he is a big contributor problem is with the lakers - he was fighting for time and not getting much of it - but the minutes he did get he was very productive.
I see farmar as being a great asset, he is only what 25? now .. and I honestly do not think that he is going to leave the lakers for another back up spot? That would not make a lot of sense - to go from a championship contending team to any other team.. just so he can play back up again...
His defense is better then 'average" IMO - He can shoot the 3, obviously playing with a team like the lakers he can score with out having the ball in his hands. He also has been apart of a winning organization and has championship game/s experience he could bring a lot to the locker room I am sure.
If we could get farmar - I think we'd have to promise him more minutes then he would get anywhere else - as for how much we'd pay him - I'll leave that up to the kings front office.

Re: jordan farmar?
Sure...why not is my answer. I don't think he's a better player than Beno Udrih though.

Re: jordan farmar?
I'll go for him for a couple of years. Not a big contract or anything but he'll be a fine player who can step in and start (if needed), but he'll be a solid back-up.
Beno Udrih/Jordan Farmar
Tyreke Evans/?
Omri Casspi/Donte Greene
Jason Thompson/Carl Laandry/Brockman
DeMarcus Cousins/Daly/Hassan
I still would want us to go after Felton and Miller before Farmar though.

Re: jordan farmar?
No thanks. It's not like the Lakers were loaded at the guard position, and Farmar still struggled to get minutes.

Re: jordan farmar?
exactly...apart from being from the lakers, farmar is a scrub. all laker bench players aside from odom are scrubs farmar is inconsistent and will get hot but often shoots ill adviced shots thinks he's got the hot hand and makes stupid mistakes he never challenged fisher for minutes and that's alot to say about a guy whose 25 not challenging a guy whose been on the long side of thirty for quite some time (i don't know exactly how old fisher is, but he hasn't been a starting PG for quite some time). the only team fisher starts in is the lakers and because of his history with the team. that says alot about a player like farmar...again a big NOOOOOOOO to farmar...oh and did i mention he's a laker?

Re: jordan farmar?
It's a total and complete given that Beno is better.
And I say no. He's so bleh. Just bleh. Pass.

He couldn't even get enough playing time over an old Derek Fisher and Sasha Vuabitch.

Re: jordan farmar?
Just...No!
This guy couldn't even get consistent minutes as the up and comer (supposedly) on the best team in the league!
I can understand a guy like Ariza coming off a championship team as a young player and getting a nice contract, but Farmar is junk. And he's going to be somebody's expensive junk to boot!

Farmer won't cut it.
A fringe contributor to any NBA team. I could see him out of the L if he continues his awfulness.

don't sleep on Farmer, he always prove himself when he got the opportunity, even in the playoffs he was great, he should played a lot more over Fisher and every one knew that.
from all FA guards he is the player i want the most Sacramento to get, he will be a great fit and for sure he is an upgrade over Udrih!
