Evans is working out with McGee (Wizards) and Collins (FA) at Santa Monica:

The big thing in this video is Evans' jumpshot. It looks improved! More rotation on the ball release and more fluid in general. No more fading away on his shot!
Can't wait to see the finished product.

Yeah, I noticed that. I didn't think it was possible to be even a more mismatch for his opponents lol. Dude got bigger. Can we see him posting up more this year? I hope so. He has an underrated post game for a guard.
With the added bulk, he will absorb contact even better thus finishing plays around the paint at a higher clip. And it does not seem like he lost any speed or quickness at all in that video

Yea, Evans does look more fit. I hope he watch alot of Gary Payton videos during the offseason. I'd love to see him post up guys and abuse them in the post.
