Did you read that he added 25 pounds sense we drafted him and now weights 250?

I'm sure much of the bulk will be lost during the long season but it is good to see him taking what the strength and conditioning coach is saying seriously

It's a good sign that he is confident that he has not lost any lift due to the extra mass. He was awfully thin at draft time but from the photo it looks like he has added the muscle mass evenly.

i just hope that DMC has slimmed down in a similar manner.

Yeah, not only will he probably lose a little during the season, but he probably lost a lot throughout the draft process. Still, good to see him taking it seriously and working hard to put the weight on. It looks like it's pretty much all muscle too.

^^As a matter of fact, I said the same thing! His shoulders are very noticeably bigger. If he continues to do the work in the gym he'll be big just like Dwight! Can you imagine a bulky Hassan with his potential set (and he lives up to it) starting next to Cousins!

How can a 2nd round pick be a bust?

Whiteside could never play a single minute in the NBA and he STILL shouldn't be considered as a bust....second round players are expected to be anything but scrubs or have some potential....that's why they are in the 2nd round and not in the 1st...

Depends on what you want to workout. I'm guessing he does Biceps twice a week, triceps twice maybe with chest in there once.

Mon: Biceps
Tues: Chest/Triceps
Wed: Biceps
Thurs: Shoulders/Back
Fri: Legs/Cardio

Plus a protein shake when you wake up and another after every work out, til you see results.
