OT: DSLR Camera to the Arena

I am going to a few games to Sacramento. Against Bulls I will be at the Kings seat and the others on upper level. First game will be against Knicks.
Have you guys have problems to take DSLR with zoom telephoto lens?
Website says no professional camera (mine is not professional Eos XSi) but the person on chat room i purchased the tickets said it has a 4 inches limit.
So my question is: If i bring my camera and 70-210 lens (5 in to 7in fully extended) will i have problems?
what are you guys experience and what lens you usually take?
