I was thinking of making the game thread, but my record is like 2-20 going back to 2005...

Go Kings!

Yeah, I saw that no one had made a game thread. I was a little surprised at that.

Any ways.. I'm hoping for a good game from both Cousins and Greene. Hopefully they can get their act together and impress Westphal enough to become legitimate starters for this team.

Lets Go Kings!! :king:

So, I guess we know why Westphal was benching Donte Greene? He came into training camp 20 pounds over weight i guess.

Wow, running things through Daly in the post as anything other than a facilitator is...uh...not good. Get Cousins in there if that's what you want idiot!

So the pain starts early tonight. Joy.

I don't know if we've really had a good possession yet offensively. Running guys like Tyreke, Head and Donte off of screens for mid range jumpers and trying to go to Dalembert in the post for scoring--not a recipe for success.

It's surprising that Landry is a pretty bad defensive rebounder but is a terrific offensive rebounder at the same time.

That ankle has to be bothering Tyreke. He's been missing gimmes all season.

I'm noticing more and more that when Beno comes in and runs the team the pace of our game changes, and not in a good way. We have a skyscraper lineup that has the potential to destroy on the offensive glass and downlow and Beno is running the team like it's the Warriors or Suns. WTF!?

And do these guards even know how to use a screen? Daly, Landry, and Cousins set the screen but the guard goes before they're even set so it's just useless movement. They need to settle down and use those big boys.

It's just effort. He usually focuses more on boxing out on the defensive boards, letting someone else come in and nab it. It's the reason we never really get beat up on the boards yet our PF only grabs about 6 a game. He's been going after them lately though.

Dalembert and Cousins beasting which in turn prompts Westphal to....take Daly out.

Huh, that's seems right.

I remember Westphal commented something similar like this.

Ugh. Consistency consistently eludes us.

Jerry is so wrong about offense and defense that it's ridiculous.

I think Landry says "and 1!" more than Mikki Moore.
