All Trade Rumors here: Something's brewing..[UPDATE: Pg 51]

Just got some word that there maybe a trade looming and maybe done as early as Friday! I'm also hearing Hassan Whiteside, as a result of the trade will be called from the D-League.

I didnt hear anything about who's involved, but I gathered two things 1) We may either be trading away one or more of our bigs; 2) We're doing a 2 for 1 trade.

As of right now I don't even know how many teams maybe involved, but if anyone (Mitch) can ask around and find out what's going on that would be nice.

*Again I say I don't know who's involved, but from what I heard previously I'm still standing on Landry and Head being dealt*

Who out there are on the "hotseat"? OJ Mayo, Gilbert Arenas, DJ Augustine etc??

I saw Arenas over thanksgiving and I want NO PART of him. He's too great a risk based on his knee issue. He was limping all over the place.

Didn't Landry hurt his knee last night?

Not to sound like a dick, but you keep saying "I'm getting word" and "My sources tell me" but you never give any insight to this "inside information"...not even vaguely. It seems like BS. We all know there's a fairly good chance we're looking to make a deal, and we're all fairly sure it would involve one of our bigs, and so I can't help but think you're just banking on that.

But hey if I'm wrong, my apologies my dude!

Plus, Arenas was a little ***** last night. No thanks.

Get Landry out. If we're getting back DJ/Mayo for Landry I'll be VERY happy.

If we're looking for shooting and veteran leadership, I don't think Antoine Walker would be too expensive...

;)

From my talks with perez during draft time, I can confirm that I think his sources are legit.

I'll let you guys know if my source tells me something.

I think it would be hilarious if the Maloofs were forced to trade for Arenas who makes 3 million more than KMart.

Even if they get a gouy like Aaron Brooks they certainly got less of the KMart trade, the opposite of the Webber trade.

A trade for a PG/SG to help take pressure off Tyreke is pivotal to this young team. Someone who can push the ball would be necessary.

And I feel like a dick saying the vague stuff too brah believe me!! But as I get "some" news I just don't think of it to tell you guys no matter the general news. But as soon as I get some lucrative news I'll post it.. hence the thread. But it's all good no offense taken! I know how it is being hosed by claimers of sources!

I was just asking who all is on the hot seat around the league. Just was calling off some names! But Arenas didnt look bad to me at all. He played injured on one leg as you stated and was still able to score 19.

But with that said I doubt its Arenas. My guy won't tell me who is believed to be traded for (not yet)

Just a heads up, we (the Suns Board) had a poster who had/has inside info and mentioned that the Kings called the Suns a few weeks back inquiring about Hedo.

ray ray wrote:Believe it or not, their has been four teams that have contacted the Suns and asked about Hedo. I know, I almost feel off my chair as well. According to him, the Kings where one of them who have contacted the Suns. The Kings feel like Hedo can relieve some pressure of off Tyreke Evans. They don't have a point guard and feel like Hedo can fill the roll with them like he did with the Magic. They have Dalamber(expiring contract) at center, Cousins and Landry(expiring contract) at PF and they would use Hedo as a point small forward. They currently have 43 mil on the books and Hedo would only cost them 7 mil this year since Jason Thompson would be coming our way.

And also, this was posted today:

Cutter wrote:Wanted to relay some news I heard regarding the need for the Suns to get bigger on the front court.

Today on the 3PM Gambo & Ash show on KTAR, Gambo announced that his source within the Suns organization says the Suns are seriously looking at Jason Thompson of the Sacramento Kings as a power forward for the Suns. Suns believe he has a lot of upside and that he is not a fit in the Kings system.

Just giving you guys a heads up, came here to see if anybody has heard anything like this when i came across this thread.

Most definitely would be interested in getting Hedo back. He's an outside threat and good on defense. Not at the cost of JT, though. For Dally, Landry...sure. But not for JT.

The only thing i havr to say about the suns rumor is that anyone who thinks thompson doesnt fit well in our system just doesnt know all that much about basketball.

I would think its Landry or Sammy plus Donte if that's true.

Oh and don't be surprised if "Sacramento Inquires About Hedo" shows up on the wiretap tomorrow

Lawl, JT not fitting into our system? Nah. Especially not after the flashes of utter brilliance he's had over the past few games.
