KINGS(9-29) @ HAWKS(26-15) 4:00
Image Image
“That’s a hard one,” said coach Paul Westphal, whose team snapped a 12-game road losing streak with a 93-83 victory over the New York Knicks on Friday. “We did so many good things, but we didn’t come away with a win, because we couldn’t ever guard them effectively.”

The Kings are allowing 106.9 points per game while losing 14 of 17 on the road. Sacramento has been even worse while losing its last four visits to Atlanta, giving up an average of 112.3 points with the Hawks shooting 50.9 percent.

Sacramento’s last victory against Atlanta was 119-107 at home Feb. 20, 2008

Hopefully the Kings can get 1 more win out of this road trip. Like to see them play hard like that did in the 4th in Sacramento when ATL was in town.

It is on NBATV but I think it will be blacked out for people in Sacramento like last time they played on NBATV.

Francisco Garcia will not play today. Sore calf. Per facebook UC Davis Health System Kings Injury Report.

Weak. League Pass blackout as well because of NBATV.

It's really sad that the Hawks, who have almost as many wins as the Kings have losses, look like they have fewer people in Phillips than the Kings have had in Arco for most games this season.
This space needs to be filled with a new sig...but I'm too lazy to make one.

A lot of you are going to love this: Donte Greene is starting in Garcia's place (injured).

We are the only team in the league where a player can go from being the 12th man to starter in a day. That being said, good to see Donte back.

He is playing very well BTW

I agree. PST should be a rule here. What you've missed--Donte Greene being very aggressive, obviously knowing that he might not play again for the next dozen or so games.

Dare I say, "as usual," we are killing the first half. I don't know why I even I watch first halfs anymore though. They're never an indication of whether we'll win.

I think we've won more games this year when we trail at the half
