Stopped reading as soon as I saw the words "trade" and "Tyreke" on the same line.

The guy's an idiot, Plain and simple.

I'd rather trade him (Tyreke) for a young, talented point guard and a first-round pick.

Why would you trade Tyreke for a draft pick in a potentially weak draft?

Who is the young talented PG? At least name a couple possibilities if you're shipping out a star.

Giving up on Tyreke this early is completely illogical.

Aaron Brooks, Ty Lawson, Eric Maynor, Kyle Lowry, Dragic, maybe George Hill, to name a few... lots of point guards ready to take their games to the next level.

Didn't say give up on Tyreke. It was only if you got a great offer. Just don't think you win with Tyreke as the focus of your offense.

Actually, Fail perfectly describes the past two seasons with the Kings

So genius, you beliueve that trading a ROY six months removed from that campaign with obvious and documented injury issues this season and STILL is the focus of EVERY opponents defense to the tune of TRIPLE TEAMS - in other words a can't miss star for a pack of guys who wsill likely never see more than maybe one or two all-star appearances between them if lucky is a good move?

That shows a distinct lack of basketball knowledge, and a general misunderstanding of basic market principles pertaining to value.

Never said that I would do that trade -- especially that trade. But Ty Lawson, Nene, and a first for Tyreke and Dalembert, then I'm listening.

By the way, Tyreke is never triple teamed or rarely double teamed. He does, however, consistently dirve into sagging defenses that are acutely aware of his tendencies. So, yes, he does end up forcing shots against two and maybe three people.

Tyreke is a very talented guy, but he is too young to have chronically bad feet and ankles and he does not have tremendous basketball IQ. I think he has a chance to be great, but I believe the Kings would be better off as a franchise with an unselfish team leader who can facilitate and help the team grow.

Just my opinion. Go ahead. Shoot the flame throwers.

You may be listening but you shouldn't be. Tyreke is a special talent. Sure he isn't the most atheltic guy and he doesn't have the highest Bball IQ. But, the one thing that he has above all is a knack for getting to the hoop. He is a crafty player on the drive and no one can stop the guy from getting into the lane. Sure he had some Plantar fasciatis which has caused him some problems. This is a problem that many runners face, basically it's just the muscle getting inflamed. The cure for this is rest, he just needs time off and it will heal. Getting the rest that his foot needs will allow the inflamation to go down and his foot will heal, this is not a problem that has to be chronic or career damaging. The foot just needs rest and the problem will go away.

IF we are trading a guy like Tyreke the kings will need to get back a superstar, or near superstar. And there isn't anyone out there right now that is available that I would trade evans for.

so far ive seen nobody comment on the fact that this guy is saying casspi can turn into one of the best SF's in the league in a couple of years...
