“We are playing hard and together as a team,” Kings coach Paul Westphal said. “We finally have our team together, and we like what we see. I give our players credit for their continued improvement. The players are making a statement that they care about things.”

“We were a little shaky the last couple weeks,” Ginobili said. “But we are still out there and we are optimistic, but yet I don’t feel that we are playing our best basketball right now.”

The Kings have not beaten the Spurs anywhere since a 112-99 home victory Nov. 26, 2007.

Kings need 2 more wins to tie last years record

Remaining Schedule

L.A. Lakers

I think the Kings can actually get 2 or 3 of those games if they continue to play like they have been lately.

Not a terrible start. I'm not sure we're going to have any chance of defending them tonight though. :(

Bringing in Beno with 30 seconds left and without the ball--you know, for his D.

We're certainly playing well, but the Spurs are also playing very un-Spurs-like. Lots of bad TOs on their part.

Well, certainly not a good end to the half when the Spurs upped their intensity. But a really solid half over all. Now I'd like to think our guys can be more prepared for a higher level of intensity from SA in the second half.

Hey, Penney. What's up with the girl in your avatar - do you like her or something? For the longest time I've been wondering who she was - lol

Finally - about two days ago, I found out where she was from; that Rebbecca Black video on youtube. Which by the way, is very weird - the lyrics are whack!
