Joe Maloof tells SI.com the family's contribution the $387 million arena is $73 million, but it doesn't end there.

This is really big news. Its pretty much the first time since the Maloofs came into town that ownership and the City have been on the same page. KJ is unbelievable, what a miracle worker!

I'm happy with KJ when it comes to the kings and the arena, but he's a terrible mayor outside of that....
