Great news for Kings! Aaron Brooks is Sacramento bound!!!!
Grant doesn't usually jump the gun on announcing stuff unless he knows. Not a bad pickup though I always liked Brooks. Considering the pool that is left I am pleased.

Jimmer is not cut out to run the point so i get why he was signed. Sucks that we now have the shortest point guard duo in the league.

Hopefully this means trading Jimmer is on the horizon, I wonder what we can get for him right now.
Wonder how much we paid Brooks too. Just hearing his name gives Petrie a semi, so I am not surprised we got him, not even 1 bit. he has the biggest man crush in the world on Brooks.

I was hoping we would target Jeff Teague from ATL since they just traded for Devin Harris.. oh well

Early reports say Aaron Brooks will sign a two year deal. No word yet on how much or if second year is team option.

I was just thinking, where is the Kings roster at now? They might have to cut Hassan to even bring on these two.

I'm just talking about the bodies. How many roster spots are left for guaranteed deals? I didn't even think about this though.
I can't believe the Kings cap space is gone....like this. Well, all the people that thought the Maloofs wouldn't spend, there you go. They just built another Palms tower for 900 million that could be worth as much as 5 dollars if they don't get out quick if and when it bombs.
