Will Tyreke get traded?

Is reke gonna get traded? Or is management still behind him?
I wish I could make a 2nd poll, but I was also wondering, is he gonna figure it out and improve on his rookie season this year? I know injury was a big deal last year, is he gonna breakout this year or is this team too dysfunctional?
Love reke, just looking for y'alls opinions.

It depends what type of reke shows this season.. If he does not show any type of improvement or continues to regress then they might start to think about it and listen to offers.... But if its an improved reke and fixes alot of his mistakes then they might keep him and start with the contract situation thing..
Honestly i hope he figures it out this year... Not sure about the team but im sure the kings management is too dysfunctional....

He was apparently injured in his second season. Last season, his third, he was healthy. I don't think he'll improve. He not only hasn't improved a single part of his game since his first season, but he's regressed. If that doesn't demonstrate a lack of professional work ethic, I don't know what does. For the sake of the team, I hope he feels the pressure of the contract year and steps it up. But I wouldn't bet on it.

The problem with him is that he is one of those ball dominant PG/SG hybrids that cant shoot and can really on score by penetrating. Makes him fun to watch at times but very inefficient for winning basketball. Unless he chooses to go full blown PG or willing to play off ball at 2guard he will be best as a 6th man IF he can develop a jumpshot.

FWIW:
apparently, the Magic offered Al Harrington for Tyreke but your organization countered with Tyreke for Redick. Don't know how serious the talks were, but that appears to be the rumor.

If we trade Evans for that pathetic excuse of a package, I would burn my Kings jersey and make my way to Arco and burn it down to the ground.
I find it hard to believe in this trade rumor. The season hasn't started yet.

If Redick is really the going rate, the Bulls happily offer Rip Hamilton and the Bobcats future 1st.

That was definitely a joke.

I really think he's gone by the trading deadline. The Maloofs don't want to give him a big contract.

Sixers fan, would you guys be interested in a Evan Turner for Tyreke Swap?
Giving Evans a change of scenery back home to Philly could motivate him to improve his game.
Turner rebounds at a ridiculous rate, him DMC and Robinson at the 5,4 and 3 would be far and away the best rebounding team in the league. An unselfish team player, he would be perfect next to dead eye shooters like Thornton, Jimmer and even Brooks.
C. Cousins/Hayes
F. Robinson/Thompson
F. Turner/J.Johnson/Salmons
G. Thornton/Jimmer/Garcia
G. Thomas/Brooks

Serious doubt Philly would trade Turner for Evans.

What about Wes Matthews? Lock down defender, can play both wing positions, and gets really hot from three point land. He's also on a good deal.

No. Kings already have Marcus Thornton too.

No, probably not right now. I'd have to reconsider that at the trade deadline. But, after what Reke showed last night I don't think I would considering he is much younger and cheaper atm.

Demar Derozan was recently extended for 38 mil for 4 years. Tyreke will have to get much more than that. I don't know if Tyreke is a legit max player but he is going to get close to that from someone. I like his improvements this year which are not completely surprising. He is continuing on growth he made last year under smart, especially at the tail end of the season where he was playing at his best position, the 2. We will see how much he has developed his jumper but I am encouraged by his progress.

Tyreke in no way has shown to be anywhere near a max player. Yes, he played well on Wednesday, but I'm going to have to see a hell of a lot more of that before I even consider him being close to that. Derozan getting that idiotic deal shouldn't change that.
I'd probably trade him for Iguodala in a heartbeat right now.

I would have traded him for Iggy before we got James Johnson, but not now. We're already stuffed full of SFs as it is.
