Hi Guys,

I wanted to get your opinion on these two players as I have them on my fantasy team. Evans has been doing ok actually, filling up diff stats. Thomas however has not been doing very well at all. NBA.com says he has started most games.

What has it been like watching him? Should I expect better or has he really fallen off since last season.

Thanks for your opinions :-)

Isaiah looks a little bit less confident but his role is different as well. He isn't really running the offense very often like he did last year. He tends to dribble the ball up, hand it off to Tyreke, then hang around outside to spot up for threes.

Then of course Smart is essentially running a 4 point guard rotation between Isaiah, Brooks, Jimmer, and Tyreke so he isn't getting many minutes. It looks like Isaiah just lost his starting spot to Brooks but who knows how long that will last or what it will mean for his minutes.

The whole ROY thing last year was way overblown. I hope that the way he finished in that race brought this franchise back down to earth a little. He's a solid player and has yet to find his role along with many others but he is what he is. And yes, the rotation and sub pattern doesn't help. In his case, if he isn't dominating he's off the bench and since Brooks has been pretty good this year, that tends to mean he doesn't get much of a chance to come back into the game and get back on track.
