Where is the mention of the Kings front office in this?

Why didn't they just fine Cousins instead?

If the Kings have responded to this, I doubt the NBA would gotten involved.

edit: for those who are confused about my post (after reading my post, it was horribly written lol). What I mean is that the lack of voice in the Kings organization is pathetic in regards to Cousins. When was the last time the Kings front office stepped in and actually did something? From what I remember, not since the Westphal debacle, the front office has been silent as a mouse.

Cousins has issues. Are best player can't keep doing this crap. It's hard enough to support this bad team. I wouldn't blame the Maloofs for trading Cousins.

As frustrating as DMC is I will be incredibly pissed if he is traded. It would be like the C Webb trade all over again, except we'd be on the wrong side this time.

Even if they don't trade him do you think he wants to play for this losing organization? Oldest arena in the NBA, cheapest/dumbest owners in the NBA, & one of the worst rosters in the NBA. A gm who is clueless & a coach who only keeps his job because his salary is low. I can't see the Maloofs giving him a max deal, even if he starts to behave.

Understand that I am not making excuses for Cousins. He is a spoiled child and he needs o understand that he is now under the constant watch of the NBA office and cannot fart sideways without hearing about it.

At the same time, I cannot be the only one that looks at the REASONS for his suspensions at least twice and when comparing to the non-actions taken for similar or more egregious offenses around the league, you MUST see that the Magoofs are being punished by David Stern for making him look stupid on the arena deal?

I disagree, he's not NEARLY the talent that C-Webb was. I can't see him becoming even a perennial All-Star if he continues to act like this.
