Sacramento Kings Offseason Plan?

What trades should the kings make and what free agent signings with Mike Malone as their new head coach?
I have Monta Ellis Coming over and a Trade that sends Cousins to Dallas for Collison and 13th pick since there is no way were getting fair value, I have them taking Shane Larkin and Cody Zeller in the draft too.
What do you guys think should happen?
