I'd prefer to ease up some, but nope we will play to win I am sure.

We match up well with Houston, at full strength I like the Kings chances of a win.

Really need to get back on transition D much better. Would also help to make the good shots we're getting. Also need to be allowed to play D on Dwight.

So those things, and we'll be alright. But this isn't the same Rockets team we beat twice.

McHale is defending the Kings pick and roll the way I would. They are showing no respect for the Kings pick and roll here. They know what I've known for 4 years, the Kings just don't have the personnel to effectively run a pick and roll every play. They are taking Isaiah completely out of the game on the double. Now it's time to counter, Malone needs to stash a 3 point shooter at the opposite corner. Problem is this team probably is buying out the only guy that could really make them pay from there, hahaha.

Carl is literally the only player even helping on screens and switches. He personally saved what would have been two wide open shots.

There are times when I think Rudy gets out of team offense and takes bad shots.. I don't want to worry that he is motives for doing that other than the team

I'd put that quarter up there with the Kings Laker first quarter when we scored I think it was 2 points.

Funny thing though, and I've mentioned it before in other games, the one score they made directly out of the pick and roll was from Rudy Gay on that pass to Landry.

my bad was 40-4 effort. but yeah same vibe, worst game start I can recall since then.

If you really look at it, it's the bad offense that's killing this team. Bad shots are leading straight into transition opportunities. The issue is the pathetic pick and roll as much as anything.
