I'm just as big a fan as anyone but I'm tired of the immaturity. You want to be considered an All-Star and the franchise player and you continue to behave like a teenager. This can't be the leader of my team. You can only make so man excuses for one game. No more excuses, shape or ship out!

I may be a little biased, but Charles Barkely, Charles Oakley, Anthony Mason, and Sheed were some of my favorite players.

He has a ways to go, but I don't expect nor do I think I should expect a complete 180 in a single season, and the losing gets to everybody. Even Grant cut him some slack on his radio show the other day.

He has in general made a lot of progress recently, but he has seemed out of focus ever since Davis was named the All-Star replacement instead of him. Hopefully he uses this as an opportunity to get his head back in the game.
