I have not been this excited for a game in several years.

Please refs let the big boys play, and I hope IT is at his absolute best tonight too. I want him to be beat and despite his efforts rendered meaningless in the end.

I'm hoping Malone puts Ray on IT early and waits on Sessions, I'd normally give Sessions more time as the veteran but we need Ray's D, and he should know IT fairly well.

The Kings players other than Gay and Cousins are being featured in this offense way too much, way too early. This team goes as Cousins and Gay go. Get them off and you have a chance.

First play in he buries his head, ignores his stars, drives in, and gets stripped. :banghead: He can be a valuable piece but I'm not a big fan of Malone trying to get the lesser players involved right now through forced action at the expense of his stars. If they aren't rolling then you do this, not before you know.

Cousins is getting doubled hard as soon as he touches the ball. The Kings are trying to show them that won't work to free up Cousins, and the best time to do that is early in case that strategy doesn't work.

Sessions is on a short short leash

**** Ramon Sessions. I cringe every time he gets the ball. Can't handle for ****. Can't shoot. Can't make a lay up. Can't pass. Why Malone keeps putting him in the game?

I get that Malone wants to involve the role players like JT, but you can't do that to start games. That's exactly what Keith Smart did, therefore, you don't do it. That play where Sessions missed the layup started out with Jason Thompson posting up. WTF is that? He can hit a few of those but you cant have a JT mismatch carry you to victory. Now, Gay and Cousins are going to have to work quickly to get into the game.

Then have him do what JT is in the offense. Every guard pass back off the offensive initiation is going to JT. Why?

LOL he trips over his own feet on an open fast break, then almost falls out of bounds and gets his first assist.

That's what you want to see out of Ramon. He drove hard in the full court he did almost blow it but if he can help get you easy baskets he'll start to get in rhythm.

No Grant, not a good pass by Sessions. You don't draw every player into the paint and when you can't score panic and then dump it off to a big who is expecting you to shoot. Especially if that big is named Reggie Evans, lol.
