Wow, it's 2016. Are we still winless in back to backs? In other news, we are now back to 9th in the west. We can't jump to 8th with a win against Dallas, but we can put some space between us and Portland.

Wonder what the magic 8 ball says....

After our win in OKC and loss to Philly, I'm gonna be pissed off here soon if we can't get more consistency. It's time now.

WCS provided a lot of energy against OKC. If he doesn't go tonight I'd expect more of the same we saw against Philly if the Kings becomes stagnant.

How about our boy WCS looking like a real pro. It's crazy to think the Kings drafted someone who can actually play.

Funny side note, looking at the last 3 Centers the Kings have drafted, all 3 can play. Just keep taking Centers Vlade

Rondo is out with a lower back? What the hell is wrong? That's 3 players to miss/leave a game with a back injury in the last 2 games; Casspi, McLemore, and now Rondo. Not to mention Boogie's back injury. Are the Kings flying Southwest or something? Geeeez

All 3 listed as game time decisions at CBS.

And it sure seems like when we have a shot at progress after some self created misery, then all of a sudden something like this happens.

I guess the lesson here is to win the games you are supposed to win to possibly take a loss later when things like this happen.

No rondo, casspi or WCS tonight. Bmac was questionable but he's going to play. Gonna be hard to win this one.

In other words out of the 4 questionables

Rondo
Casspi
WCS
McLemore

The one that matters the least will play in this tough, back to back, playoff race opponent

Thanks fate!

We really shouldn't be too hurt without Rondo, because we gain spacing. Karl just has to take advantage of it by posting Cousins.

5 plays in and not 1 where Cousins is even in the paint. WTF?

We're playing with some energy on defense, which is nice, but it's just unacceptable that Cousins hasn't been in the paint ONCE so far.

Hey, we finally ran a play with Cous in the paint. Result? Dallas defense panicking and 2 points.

EDIT: We had Cuz battle in the paint twice in the first quarter.

Current lineup is doing a great job getting back on defense.

Curry, Belinelli, Anderson, Gay, Koufos.

The defense with Anderson and Acy out there together is pretty nasty. For the other team of course. Glad to see the chains let loose on Q in this one. This team gets so much more physical with him out there.

I wouldn't mind seeing them go with Anderson at SG and just switch every screen. The pick and roll is where they are hurting the Kings. He finally has a crew that can do what he wants out there, use it.

I swear it never looks like Collison's shots are gonna go in. His mechanics are all funky. Need him and Beli to start hitting though.

Hopefully these guys dig deep because they are playing ridiculously hard.

Also, nice to finally see Cuz passing out of those doubles, now if one of Beli or McLemore will show the heck up they can pull this one out.

This is Mike Malone style defense right here. Curry and Collison are just being terrors on defense in this game.
