YES YES YES!!! I'm really happy about this pick up, have been following a lot of Euro players and this guy was too one of them, since 2011, when he was in Serbian league team... he is one of the top guys at age of 23 in the TOP 4 Euroleague club, he is great at creating his own shot, with great handles.... NBA 3point range, can catch and shot and pretty good passer.... only problem with him for me is he is not that athletic... and one thing for sure he have a clutch gene, he have shot a lot of big shots for the club who'm he played before or is playing right now... And yeah I guess he will come over in the 2017, that's why he was selected that low in 2014 draft, because of his willingness to come over to USA at the beginning.

He reminds me a little bit like Aaron Afflalo, but Bogdanovic doesn't have that turn around jumper like Aaron after posting up and Aaron is not that great of a defender like Bogdanovic, other skills they game are similar.
Celtics fan.
We also face the Kings twice in the near future. I think it's time Yabu pays back some of that free money he's been given his entire career and bounces Fox for a nice 2 week ankle sprain.

He reminds me on Peja and Paul Pierce. He is shooting 3's like Peja and has strong shoulders and arms like PP.. He will be great and one more year with coach Obradovic in Turkey will just be a + for his development..
He is clutch payer with a lot confidence. Few times last year he scored 3pt match winner.

I'm really optimistic about picking this guy up. I was a fan when I scouted him in 2014.

As a suns fan I've been excited about Bogdan since the suns picked him. Tough competitor, good shooter and creator and plays with a swagger. Negative is he's going to look for a decent payday to come over now that he's not tied to the rookie wage scale. But I do think he could be worth it and a good nba player.
Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

I agree with Week. He would have probably gone pretty high in this draft. He is a killer in clutch shots, plays very tough and with lots of confidence.

My understanding skimming the CBA Faq is that three years after being drafted, first round picks can then be signed to two different types of contracts.
1. Standard rookie scale contract (Boganovic can technically take this at any time)
2. Into cap space on a contract at least 3 years in length that is over 125% of the salary of the rookie scale contract

As long as the Kings keep his cap hold each year, the Kings keep his draft rights. So, he cannot negotiate with anyone else. If the Kings need the extra cap room this offseason, he can agree in writing that he is not coming over this year. Then, his cap hold is off the books this year but he cannot come over until next year.

I think the Kings should have cap space next year, so that is how we would sign him if he wants a higher salary than rookie scale.

In order for him to be a RFA after his first contract, he would either have to
1. Sign a rookie scale contract
2. Become a free agent within three or less years of signing

Bogdanovic gets an ovation as he sits down with 26 points and 8 assists. 6/10 from 3 and only 1 turnover. Jokic had an incredible game too and won tournament MVP.

I can't wait to see the US and Serbia square off. Hopefully Cuz is going to get a good look at one of the reasons he should be sticking around in Sacramento.

My first time watching him in live action today. This kid is the truth just knows how to play the right way with an elite shot.

We might be remembering this draft as a game changer in 2-3 years. Skal and Bogdon with Richardson and Big George blade might have made out big
