I hope not, one of the few games I'm going to this year.

I expect some energy early. The Kings seem to be playing up to the competition at the start lately.

Bogdan too. I just don’t get the rotations. It’s hard to watch the games

And Randolph needs not to handle the ball in late game situations

One thing is for sure, ZBo can still carry a team offensively for stretches.

Nice to get a win - especially against a team like this. Teaches the young guys how to hang on in a close one against proven finishers.

So while it was nice to win against was was supposed to be one of the West's top teams, it doesn't sound like the win was due to playing any better. More like OKC playing to the Kings level on the road, and not finding any rhythm or connectivity between their stars. Is that a fair assessment?

Why they won really isn't of concern of mine. Big picture here is what experience did they gain at the end of the game.

Agreed. If they were able to gain some confidence that helps moving forward, then great. But in terms of what experience they gained, was there any? It sounded like it was a pretty sloppy game all around.

On the other hand, I stated in the "Slow Start" thread that if just two or three of our young players have a decent game, then we could be a pretty competitive team. While I would like to say that was the case here, having Westbrook, George, and Anthony play beneath their capabilities also helped. Regardless, I hope the win breeds more confidence among the youth so they bring it more from one game to the next, and have an effect on the game's outcome.

It will be interesting to see what happens when PHI comes to town. Another young team currently playing with confidence and momentum. Hopefully we'll be competitive with them.

OKC challenged at the end with it tied in the 70's and the Kings had to hang on at the very end. Good experiences in the 4th. OKC hit got within 3 points under a minute remaining
