Yes, it likely will be viewed by some as the NBA being completely tone deaf to what happened with the whole Kings/Seattle relocation episode.

Some Seattle fans are still bitter about the Kings situation. They feel the league has ignored them for the most part (By not granting an expansion team to the city).

Portland was our rival fwiw. Most Sonics fans hate the Blazers.

I expect the game to be a sellout anyhow with KD & the Warriors coming to town. KD is still a very popular player in town.
