We have 3 good players, Fox, Hield (who had a bad night), and Bogdan.

Koufos is awful, and WCS is not much better. We have zero interior defense, and Jackson is not an NBA player. I had forgotten how much NBA refs favor home teams, which killed the late comeback.

I would have liked to have seen Bagley, and the third unit, not the second, got us back into this.

Fox fought a lone battle and did his part, he still looks a little frail to me. He seems to have an issue with is right arm. The Clippers shot well and are a good big team.
What did you think of potential FA targets Harrell and Tobias Harris?

Bjelica doesn't come across as a guy with an inconsistent motor. His shot is hit and cold but i never see his motor dog it like WCS. Is anyone else seeing Bjelica motor issues?

His production on a nightly basis is 2/4 to 19/10, but IMO he’s not infusing any energy and is part of the interior d/rebounding issue

Wouldn’t mind DJ starting that final group against lakers...no way should we aspire for the playoffs and play this way the past 3 games! Can’t turn it on and turn it off if you want to be “good.”

He's always trying. He's just streaky. If anything, he tries too hard to make things happen sometimes and turns it over.

Koufos is just garbage though. He should be a DNP. Bogdan would look so much better running pick and roll if he actually had a competent roll-man. My preference would be setting up the rotation for WCS to come out early in the 1st/3rd so he can start the 2nd/4th with the second unit.

Giles is showing some flashes but he needs more time in Stockton. You can't expect minutes when you consistently are picking up 5 fouls in 9 minutes of play. I fully expect him to look like a different player next season. He'll have a year of seasoning under his belt and will hopefully put on some size to help him in the paint.

He's a finesse player that doesn't mind physicality, but it doesn't change it from him being a finesse stretch forward. It's different having a soft center that isn't going to drop 3's on opposing teams to make up for it.

He's got some definite talent but at the moment his young big man style of pick and roll defense would crush any hopes of making the playoffs this year. He's yet to pick up the nuances of defending on the perimeter but that will come in time. He puts effort out and that's a great sign.

Clippers seem to have our number this year.

WCS kindly escorts the Clippers player to the rim for an easy bucket.
