October 5th - Indiana in India

I haven't watched the game yet.

From the stats, seems like we got beat on the boards again and the interior defense suffered...

18 TOs weren't that helpful but hey - preseason. And shooting 38.3% from the field is tough too...

October 4th - Indiana in India

Kings shot better but Indiana still shot 51.6%. And Indiana still took more shots (offensive boards again).

Not a good first two preseason games, with concerns for Fox, Bagley and Dedmon (after summers of Fox/Bagley being promoted to Team USA regular squad)

One thing, the best team needs to start and play IMO. If it’s better to start Bjelica than Bagley in terms of winning, than that should be. As a Holmes fan I think he could beat out Dedmon. But the fans and teammates want the best team on the court, and Vlade should have no influence on Luke to have to start or play big minutes to Bagley or Giles if not ready. It already makes no sense to me if Joerger was fired due to that (and not other things)

Game 1 it seems like Bagley/Dedmon didn't box out well enough and allowed 10 offensive rebounds. Second game that didn't seem to happen (but the wheels fell off). Bjelica/Dedmon seemed to play well in game one together. Dedmon was out for game two.

A product of the new system. It'll take time for it to work. Our wings/guards will have an increase in boards per game this year.

October 10, Kings vs. Suns:
Interesting to see what happens when we don't get beat to death on the boards.

Even with our 25 TOs we still got off more shots.

Team looked good against the Jazz tonight. Looked a legit up and coming team. No complaints at all, except maybe seeing a bit more from Barnes. But good stuff

Hoping to watch the game on replay tonight. Stat sheet certainly looked good.

The NBA app didn't let me play back any of the games.

Nice to see a pair of wins - hopefully it helps with confidence.

Kind of disappointing to see the Mavs and Suns doing so well along with the usual suspects.
