I don’t want anyone hired for being up anyone’s “alley.” I already have suspicion of Roy Rana being on the team on account of due process.

Gupta needs to be hired strictly on credentials if he’s coming on. As in this case, why would they just not hire Hinkie? Why go to his second in command? If the process is mainly his credentials.

Definitely was not saying that him being up Vivek's alley was a good thing. Just that he might get more of a look because of it.
