Our current crew are the worst announcers in the league. The call on the game winner was pitiful.

I can't even bring myself to watch the home telecast, we badly miss Doug, Grant, and Jerry.
I was tired of Grant calling games so I was excited for new voices. Not sure this crew is it tho

I know we have had our differences with CWebb, and that people didn't really like his announcing style. But obviously theres no going back with Grant, Jerry is retires, and Doug is a coach. Id love to bring CWebb in Kaytes spot.

I'm really disliking Fox this year

He inherently has a low motor and that has completely led to regression. He's a bad defender. He cant shoot. He puts not energy into the team.

Man, I wish his trade value was higher than I think it is

Some team will be desperate for a scoring, young guard like Fox. I'll off him to the highest bidder.

It looks like we lost balance without Hali. On both ends of the floor. And this is also about Fox impact - he plays better returning to his regular stats while team sucks.
He doesn't defend. He doesn't make teammates better.
It hurts but its time to reload again. We don't have player to build around and don't have enough talent at all.

This is shaping up to be a disastrous season.

We'll see its trajectory after Luke is fired tomorrow (my guess)

Trading Fox for Simmons may no longer be on the table with the emergence of Maxie.

Though the Sixers would have to take a lot of salary back anyways.

But Fox may not be as attractive as he was before the season started.

Ive always been a Maxey guy, but he's more of a SG. I think they could play together. I think Fox's start to the season is the greater impediment

What I've known. Fox's low motor is responsible for not running, despite that being the gameplan the entire time with Walton

Now, we have a coach that will begin to ride him, we will see

Well a few thoughts...

First - We knew that vaccinated people can have/spread covid, so I blame the NBA. They used the vaccine as a band aid to say "all good, open for business". Vaccinated or unvaccinated the solution is simple. TEST TEST TEST. Daily. Sounds like they didn't want to test daily, and now half the teams in the league seem to be having massive outbreaks.

Second- If Fox has to miss an extended period of time, it will be a nice test to see if all the people calling to trade him are right.

Third - Get ready for a landslide.

How long do these protocols last?

The nature of this is so weird. Did these players even test positive or did they just come into contact with Gentry who did?

Suppose to be 10 days right?

If they still test positive after 10 days, they have bigger problems than trying to get back to playing basketball.

DeRoazan looked good getting out of protocol. Looked like he missed a week to a week and a half.

OTOH, took a long time for Tatum to recover and he had to use an inhaler for weeks or months after he supposedly recovered.

NBA didn't want to do a bubble and they didn't want to do a short season like last year. They wanted the money so they hoped vaccination would let them have a normal season. But Delta hadn't quite taken off yet when they formulated the policy and Omicron was discovered in November.

Alex Len is horrible. I would give a chance at Queta as a true C

I wonder who this is directed at

Has to be annoying when your going to work around some checked out players

I wouldnt just put Fox here, but Barnes has not played well or inspired for awhile. Fox has went through the motions the last two games after a nice stint. We can say its shoulder injury, but its a never ending excuse list for certain players who are just at the center of fans ire

Its good to see Rese growing up before our eyes, as a leader on/off the floor.
