This is the game Davion should start.
If the above starting line-up is correct for the Nets we should be running with:
Davion - Patty
Holiday - Curry
Fox - Brown
Barnes - Edwards
Sabonis - Aldridge

Or we could make them adjust to us. Harkless or Metu should start at the 4

Game started ugly, glad they stayed with it. Refs really not helping. Cam Thomas straight up lowered his shoulder and bull dozed mitchell lol

DDV has a nice looking stroke, just needs to stop shooting from 5 feet behind the line.

Keep grinding. They got it to within striking distance in that quarter.

That is the issue with him, he can be brilliant but also the reverse

There had to be nothing at the deadline for Holmes to bench him going forward. I feel for the cousin situation, though hes been bad for awhile. Maybe I'm answering my own question, maybe his contract wasnt viewed highly this last deadline

Still like Davion and Donte, and at least one should be starting

Mo Harkless isn't a guy that you say, you know what, they need to adjust to us.
And it's not all about the D for that line-up, Barnes would have had a mismatch on Kessler too.
We just saw why you don't just start someone like Mo and make the opponent adjust to you. It's not the only reason for the loss, but matching up to the oppositions strengths sometimes gives you a strength.

Sabonis needs to be more aggressive man. He took less shots than Davion

Either one should have been better starting tonight. No excuse.

I didn't like Gentry's rotations in this game. Last game was much better the way he subbed Fox in/out. Seemed like he went back to his old rotation with Fox and was just trialling line-ups in the times he was out. Do it against teams you shouldn't beat or in practise.

If you start Davion it allows you to put Harkless in at the 4 off the bench and he would have been much better than Metu when Gentry put out the defensive unit.

Good game yall. Question: why did you guys trade Halliburton? I was stunned when that happened

I mean how do we go from giving Sabonis the ball at will in game #1 to barely running anything through him? This was weird.

Some of them at least. Not going to be picky about it until after the break when they can practice some. But yeah, give him a shot.
