I am going to start the game thread again, but if we lose, somebody else should step up.

No Kawhi Leonard or John Wall tonight, but Keegan Murray will make his debut for the Kings. He says he is "100%," which I take to mean he is mostly back.

Good time to catch them with Leonard & Wall out.

Refs letting them play so far.

Sabonis is missing some relatively easy shots. Second team is not getting it done so far.

Murray with a good start, though. It was important to get the last shot of the quarter.

Second time they left a 3 point shooter way too open. Kennard the first time, George this time. Think it was Sabonis that allowed each.

The young guys are getting a lot of coaching during the game. Good to see. Monk still has not emerged from his funk, and coach took him out in favor of Terrence Davis.

The Kings should take it as a modest insult that the Clippers staff thought they could win without Leonard and Wall. As it is, Paul George is trying to force his way to the basket, with thirteen points so far.

PG looked pretty good after getting pissed off.

I spend some of the games listening to the radio, but still watch most of them. Monk has not looked very good for us so far this year to me.

Only four turnovers on the Kings in the first half.

is Holmes a bad contract yet, haven't like his play at all any time recently

Murray needs to start, and as I said in preseason its looking like for Barnes if you want to develop Okpala and Barnes continues looking listless

Bro, Sabonis must be shooting 50% from the line this year.

Yeah, Holmes a negative contract no doubt as a backup and his position.

I wouldn't shop Holmes too much though, if we do actually make the playoffs his mobility/ability to help defensively on switches is nice to have.

Not a whole lot of movement on offense with Fox on the bench. They need better motion off the ball, and more screens. The bench has a total of four assists. That is unacceptable at this point in the game.

I thought Holmes was about to do something positive for once with that offensive rebound, but now.. he has really fallen in a year

The whole team is shooting 50% in this game, and shot only 68% in the first matchup. They are even missing the technical free throws.
