Game 39 Thread - Kings (21-18) vs Rockets (10-30)

Kings have a chance to reach the elusive 5 games above .500 mark after a pair of home games against the last place Rockets.
Things I'm looking for tonight:
1. Apply pressure early. We finally had a stress free win! That is the type of game I expect this pair against Houston to be like as well. This is a young team that come into the night second-to-last in team APG and lead the league in team turnovers per game. I especially want to see our guards pressure Houston's young guards at on the perimeter and force them to make quick decisions. Huerter is out tonight so I expect TD to probably get the spot start. This will be a good opportunity for him to make an impact and either raise that trade value or solidify a consistent spot in the rotation for him.
2. Baby Sabonis. Alperen Sengun is a very talented young big whose game reminds me a bit of Sabonis. He might not have the brute strength that Sabo does but he's a crafty scorer and very skilled passer. This will be a fun matchup for Sabo and I want to see him assert himself and give Rockets fans a glimpse of what Sengun could possibly develop into down the line. It will be important to keep him off of the offensive glass and not allow him to establish deep post position early.
3. Dozier time? If we take care of business early we should be able to clear the benches a bit and get a few different guys some run. One guy I really hope can get a look in these next couple games is PJ Dozier. I'm really intrigued by the pickup and think he has a legitimate shot of being a decent rotation player for us. He's got good size at 6'6", is very switchable on defense and can comfortably play the 1-3 on offense. Garbage time minutes won't tell you the whole story but it will be the best opportunity we have to see Dozier play in some extended minutes.
