Game 75 Thread - Kings (45-29) vs Wolves (38-37)

Post#1 » by codydaze » Mon Mar 27, 2023 11:12 pm

We have a chance to clinch the playoffs for the first time in 16 years in front of our home crowd! Towns is out tonight with injury management and Ant is also questionable. We should be looking to take care of business either way but with those two out we can't let this one slip.

I expect the atmosphere in Golden 1 to be insane, if anyone on the board is attending you have to let us know how it was. I was at the Phoenix game on Friday night and it was amazing.

Upper level seats for this game are going for $185 at the cheapest the last time I checked which is just crazy lol. Lots of people clearly want to be in the building if we clinch.

Minny is always a tough matchup for us. Gobert is tough for Domas and they have a lot of length on the wing as well.

Good minutes from Len. I prefer that to Metu every game.

I was hoping playoff seats were going to be cheaper than they are looking

Lyles isn’t good either, he was just hot

The bench has been not good and that can’t go on come playoffs

Can't get a stop and can't hit an outside shot to save our lives. The clinch may have to wait.

It’s losses like these and dominance by the Wolves over the Kings that let you know our record is largely due injuries and clutch time magic, have a ways to go

Minnesota is just a particularly tough matchup for us. Having a big like Gobert in the middle and a lot of length on the wing is tough.

You guys are tough. I don’t want MN to play Kings in playoffs. We need every W with Towns missing so many games, etc. I am rooting for you next game to clinch. Fox is a stud. Sabonis is tough. Murray will be great and Huerter was a good trade. Future is bright for Sacramento.

You guys are a match up nightmare for the Kings.

Good game tonight. Very gutsy win for y’all.
