				Some thoughts
Shaedon Sharpe is supposedly looking great so far this season. Will be interesting to see how our guard/wing handles the athleticism.
That whole must win game argument is lame to me, meh. But I think it is important to set a tougher tone here soon, better if that starts tonight. We need to be real good at home this year to see improvements.
Our fanbase is loyal, but this forum probably either needs absolute trash play or something positive to get going. I'd prefer it isn't trashplay.

Sharpe does look pretty good, finding shots within the offense and converting at a pretty good clip, not getting lost on defense so much and moving the ball.
Ayton is rebounding well on both ends. He’s a perplexing player; talented but cannot tolerate contact and can’t set a good screen.
Grant is scoring on high volume and forcing shots, which isn’t great but POR really needs his offense.
POR is not tough to beat. We compete but lack talent. Drive to the basket early and often and chalk up the W.

Great we have such a known commodity to experiment with.

Sure let's let Ellis inbound and hit the bottom of the backboard.

Very aggressive start by Sabonis. Hope he can sustain.
And I like the fact we are giving Keon a chance. So far, he did a better job than Colby in terms of bringing the ball up under pressure.

When he was playing in the summer I remember hearing how he could be a primary ball handler. I didn't see it, thought it would take some time.

Davion back to his normal role
Kessler Edwards in over Duarte
Len over McGee
Keon Ellis leapfrogs into the starting role
I'm not mad at any of it.

				Good gamble by Brown.
He's got the young & hungry guys picking up full court a bit.

Both he and Grant haven't been guarding each other well tonight. There have been a few times Barnes didn't properly close out or make it hard for him to shoot.

True.
Barnes is suppose to be the “steady “ presence and reliable source of production. He, instead, looks neither.
He hasn’t look good at all since his first game of the season.
