Lost in all the Siakam trade buzz is we actually play against them tonight. Who knows if Siakam will play some more games here or not but either way I'm looking for that beam to be lit by the end of the night.

Keegan, im here for it. Second good game here in a row. There are times I see the vision with the Kings stated purpose of him being untouchable.. if I dont always agree.

I still don't see the Siakam fit for Sac. They can force it I guess but Sabonis and Siakam occupy the same space

Yeah I never loved the potential fit of Siakam. The only benefit I see is being able to stagger Sabo/Siakam so that you essentially have Fox/Sabo minutes and Monk/Siakam minutes and hardly ever lose a beat on offense.

That's fair. Close out line up would not benefit from the two playing together

as important as it is to see Keegan having a good game, its also nice to see Duarte holding his own. Huerter doesn't look like he's bouncing back anytime soon and I hate to think of the team without Malik (well, not on nights like tonight lol).. need to see Chris become serviceable like tonight

not sure Harrison absolutely needed to be added to that Jake Fischer report if we don't need the salary for Malik, he's been solid since Huerter has been out

One benefit I've thought about, and this is where I need some confirmation on that we can only sign Malik to the early bird, is how much salary can be cleared if you could potential re up Monk. Barnes/Huerter/Davion - a lot of salary going out, and you could re-up Pascal after Monk potentially. But if we can only do early bird, obviously this doesn't matter

We have not been closing games out well at all lately but I'll take the wins as long as that gets figured out.

baby steps for Huerter.. its unfortunate we are where we are, but his one field goal was a pretty big 3, had some assists and finished with a good +/-
